Lincoln University has announced its Special Achievement Awards for 1990, honouring scholarship and research. Dr David Jackson of the Horticulture and Landscape Department received an award for excellence in research, particularly in grape production. Dr Warwick Scott, of Plant Sciences, gained a teaching award after being ranked in the top 10% of lecturers by students in his agronomy classes.
