Fertiliser Consultancy

MAF Technology has set up an international fertiliser technology consultancy service to provide a diverse range of information on, and research into, various fertilisers and their uses. The service is running the South Pacific's only fertiliser pilot plant facility, based at Ruakura Agricultural Centre.

"There are considerable opportunities within both the international market and New Zealand for solving technological and environmental problems, as well as [for] developing new products and techniques and introducing unique Australasian methods of low-cost production in the Third World," says Commercial Products Manager Dr John Varcoe.
