Thank you for the article on "Brilliant Barley" [June 1998]. There is, however, a consistent mistake appearing throughout the article. The polysaccharide is beta-glucan (beta being the Greek character) not 98-glucan, as appeared in your article. Our product does not have quite this high an octane rating.
