THE CROCODILE HUNTER by Steve and Terri Irwin; Viking (Penguin), 1997; 144 pp; $34.95

Reviewed by Keith Murray

The Crocodile Hunter is a good book, although I wouldn't use it for purely scientific projects. It has several stories of captures and survival but the thing that I like most is the photographs. They show animals and scenery in startling clarity. Throughout the book there are pockets of information on Australia and its wildlife. On a rating of 1-10, I give this book a 9, and think that The Crocodile Hunter is a good buy.
