More Straight Dope

Thanks for the mag. I agree with P. Dalton of Nelson, [Retorts, October] that an article should be run on the effects of cannabis. The New Scientist ran something about the report that the World Health Organisation had done on the effects compared to that of alcohol and tobacco. The US had the report stopped because it went against thier national drug policy. I think that people need to be educated for the true effects of this "social" drug. Personally I love smoking pot, and I'm sick of people writing letters to the papers saying how its so bad and leads to this and that. Reefer madness.
