RetortsTitles and TelecomIn response to K. Kerr's letter [Retorts, July]: I agree that purse-string-holders hinder expression of personal achievements. In the mid-nineties, Telecom forbade showing academic qualifications, except Dr, on employees' business cards. Those who thought that a description of their position was necessary were told to "...print off stickers on the laser printer which you can put on the rear of your business card."
