How can your letter writers so easily declare that Russell Dear is incorrect [Neurobics, July 1992] when all it takes to prove his case is to play the game [of goats and car]. When my family divided down the middle as to the logic of changing your choice of door, we had an impromptu performance, and as chief believer (ie. I was to change my door choice after the compére had opened one) I won eight cars before the "stickers" got one! Actually, playing the game gave each of us a feel for what the choices really meant, and we all rushed off to baffle various friends.
